Salmon vary a lot with the time of year and the species, so there really isn't just one that looks like them all. I made this belt buckle by carving wax from a variety of pictures of Salmon.
After I hand carved the wax model for this Salmon Fish buckle I used solid sterling silver to cast it and finished it with a brushed satin finish. This Salmon head buckle fits on a 1.25 inch belt. All buckles are signed and numbered with a unique number assuring authenticity.

Each buckle is finished with a coat of hard wax. They are not lacquered or sprayed with urethane.
