This spearhead buckle design was directly molded from an ancient spearhead found in southeastern Massachusetts. It's cast in sterling silver and finished with a polish or brushed satin finish. The texture shows up because of a dark patina in the recesses. Fits up to 1.25 inch belt. There is also an Arrow head version of this buckle here.
